Delivered from 3t’s advanced GTSC training centre in Dammam and officially approved by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), the programme offers women industry-accredited courses across the energy value chain. The facility has been enhanced with dedicated changing and rest areas for women, and female divers have been added to the expert training team — supporting both operational needs and cultural sensitivity.
